     Jennifer and I have been in the house for a little under a month and we love it, not to mention that it's OURS!!!  I appreciate everything you did and in my opinion, you went above and beyond finding us the house that fit our needs and it is greatly appreciated, more than you know.  It really made us feel good when Ken and Jan made the comment that YOU were the deciding factor for us getting the house.  I knew we picked the right person to go to bat for us and you didn't even mind going into extra innings to get us the house we wanted.  Both you and Karen should stop by when you get a chance.

I am writing this letter to let you know how much I appreciate everything that you have done for me during the purchase of my new home.   Very good friends of mine referred you to me because they were very satisfied with the service they received from you during the purchase of their home.

 

To begin, thank you for the countless number of MLS listing you sent via E-mail, they were a lifesaver. I had no time to search the listings myself during normal working hours due to the demands of my job. It was nice to be able to eat lunch at my computer and review the listings that you had sent instead of searching on my own.

 

When it came time to look at homes you were very accommodating even when my only available time was late in the evenings. In late October I had found the home I liked, you began the paperwork immediately and we were able to place a deposit on the property. Once a contract was signed and the home inspections began your experience was appreciated again. You informed me of the importance of the inspections, including the very thorough V.A. inspection. When it was all said and done I was able to go to closing on December 13, and the entire process was seamless. Every aspect of the closing was explained to me in great detail, which was a great learning experience for me.

I just want to say a big "Thank You" for all your help in completing the sale of my rental property. You put in the extra effort necessary to smooth out all the little details during the selling phase and helped coordinate all the players involved in a smooth and efficient manner. When the buyer had some problems during closing, you were right there, offering advice whenever you could to make the procedure go as smooth as possible.

 

I really appreciated the effort you put in to find a back up buyer within 24 hours of my buyer missing the closing date.  Your excellent follow up and attention to detail resulted in turning the situation around and closing the original buyer 3 days later.
